Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Diane Constant, Founder and CEO of Constant V Consulting.

My understanding of hospitality and service runs deep. I was raised in my family’s restaurant, where I learned firsthand how branding, service, operations, and consistency directly impact loyalty and growth. That foundation was later refined through my experience at a platinum-level country club, where premium execution, attention to detail, and operational discipline defined every interaction.

At 19 years old, while working in hospitality, I built my first business — gaining early exposure to entrepreneurship, client management, and the realities of building something from the ground up alongside demanding service environments.
​
As my career evolved, I expanded into management and advisory roles, including supporting my brother during his transition as a first-round NFL draft pick. Being in those rooms exposed me to high-stakes decision-making, contract negotiations, brand positioning, and the realities of managing talent and expectations at an elite level — all while learning the ropes of leadership, discretion, and long-term brand stewardship.

I’ve since applied those principles to scaling event, entertainment, restaurant, and hospitality brands, supporting everything from intimate curated experiences to large-scale productions with hundreds of attendees.
Across every project, the philosophy remains consistent: branding and execution must work together to deliver experiences that audiences feel — not just see.
